Public bath. Yeah that sums it up really. It's always raining. Every time I land. *Sigh.*

I hear that New Tokyo has a weather control net that's set to automatically start a thunderstorm immediately prior to every time you land. I think they're trying to tell you something.

Oh, and I hear that New London has that technology, too.... Espionage at it's finest.
