I've played by the rules long enough. 18 Years with Liberty Special Operations running Intelligence ops deep inside the other Houses. As far as Im concerned, they're all a bunch of hump-sucking drones with no sense of purpose in
their lives. So, I created my own purpose. I took everything I learned about the border zone and trade routes from all of the houses, and I put it to my own good use.

In this universe, pilots are free to chose their own economic and political destinys. Some, chose to mine the resources in our bountiful asteroid fields. Some, chose to run cargo missions. Still others try to flex their muscle and hunt bounty on outlaw pilots. I keep all these guys very busy.

Sure, they're always trying to build a faster ship or better weapon, but they just don't get it. Brains are a better weapon then any Rhineland Battleship or any Nova torpedo. And my brains have built an empire all my own.

I like it out here in the black. It truly is a promised land. I promise Ill discover your trade and passenger routes. I promise Ill over take any ship that runs through my turf. I promise Ill put to good use whatever I find onboard. And I promise no-body will get hurt in the process. Ah well, 3 out of 4 ain't bad.
