Zoner GB or Kusari Explorer?

I'm thinking of a new explorer character whose primary objective will be mapping the whole Sirius (Gailia too) . I have selected two affordable canndidates for this function. I already know the basic pros and cons for them but I need someone's first hand experience so I can decide which one is more suitable.

Zoner GB
pros:
- nice looking
- neutrality

cons:
- small powerplant

Kusari Explorer
pros:
- better energy
- more armour

cons:
- unknown (maneuvrability maybe?)

Basically I need some information regarding the handling and combat capabilities/performance for each ship, RP issues if there are any. If you have flown either of them please tell me what you think about them. Thanks.
