New AW Laws/operating methods

Well Virus, you were just on at an unfortunate time. Tonight there was me in a Zoner Juggernaut, Korrd in an Albatross Frigate and his fighter. And a new recruit was being recruited and trying to get that blasted Zoner ID. So there were AW on. Also, I started just randomly doing RP talk in the system. Asking people their business and ID. And it was working. I was actually be RP-talk BACK. Badger was there, Korrd, and that Eiren guy who attacked us, after saying his business was his own. So thats justification for saying it can root out trouble makers. So the inpiration to do this came from that experience. I thought it might make some fun RP in the game, which is currently something we are lacking.
