Hola,
I am Don Santigo Alvarez. I am currently in search of the lost members of the Alvarez family, separated now for over 15 years.
I have seen and agree to follow the rules of conduct sent out by Commander Ishida on those occasions that I am within the areas he is designated to oversee.
