Otherwise all those Trader ID'd vessels flying the Beetle are Kusari and would be questioned by Bretonian Armed Forces for even being in Bretonia. Please tell me you understand this.

They do, actually. You can get through fairly easily, but they still stop you.


Upon re-reading it, yah, you did mention it. Whoops. But still... its a bit... unusual to be friends with both OC and sairs. You'd have to be very careful with it. Before anyone says "zoners" I'd like to point out that Zoners are unfriendly with both.
