A system for a Neutral faction.

It looks interesting, but I don't like the actual location of the system. Ontario currently acts as a very useful highway for unlawfuls to bypass New York to reach other Liberty systems. I don't think it'd be a good idea to close it (as lawfuls would often be in this system), as:
-New York would be more populated than ever
-it would remove a little advantage for the unlawfuls
-it would force smugglers to take a more linear path to their destinations

I don't really understand what you mean by Toronto being "hired" out, do you mean its just a station with various missions and docking rights, or is it actually going to be owned by various groups depending on their dealings with \JG/?

It will be given to factions based on JG's various dealings with other factions. Players can use the base to launch hunting parties to Alaska (mind you Alaska JG will be close to 100 away from the nearest JH so the distance will be a diterrant. Liberty may rent it to stop smugglars at the JH. Junkers can rent it to sell repair goods to traders passing to liberty systems. Also JG will promote this system as a no-mans land. If every one agrees, we may put an eagle in FP17 for Xeno's as well so they dont have to haul their butts to Delta to get it... freeport 17 will be run by JG. Unlawfuls will NOT be hassled here (the base will be zoner affiliated), JG are trying and will try harder to be more neutral to all factions. In essence I am hoping it will draw some croud out of liberty as JG will provide reasonable initiation and termination points from FP17 for trade routes similar to NY but slightly less profitable.

Lets face it, Ontario is a buffer system that lies between Liberty and the Rogue systems and some neutral faction needs to take it. Also I am fedup of seeing faction systems which no one is allowed to enter in. I am also fedup of alaska having only one reasonable exit point to inner systems.

This system will reflect the symmetry with other systems and will allow a seamless integration.
