-Can- being the operative word there, not has to be. I know for a fact there are several groups that do it well, I was merely pointing out the fact that it's very open to exploitation. Contrary to what Daedric says I'm not actually biased, in fact I don't think the exempting Zoner 5ks makes a lot of sense. To me it seems like that sort of thing should be left to roleplay if houses want to keep large zoner transports from docking.

My concern is that jump trading Zoners are unbalancing the trading factions. For instance we now have several Zoner indie groups that jump trade while many corporate trading factions are within sight of the 30 hour minimum.
