One more small update for dsy_checklist.xls.

Added item 3.16 that lists suns that must not be used in new systems (cause bugs):

ew06_sun2

Added item 3.27 to ensure that casing of system codes is left intact (like HI20 that was changed to Hi20 in a number of places in Hyperion's submission).

Plus a couple of cosmetic fixes.

To clarify certain differences between checklist and forum threads (for example, 20 weapon platforms is the limit according to the thread, but checklist says 30): checklist is updated more frequently and has a priority. If there is any difference between the checklist and any other sources, checklist information is the correct one.
