Woot ...

so i see some points here :

1. Why not corsairs : a lot of reasons
They smuggle artifacts who aren't dangerous for civilians and marijuana is mostly for personal consumption (importation). Unless a corsair is treating a civilian (trader per extension) close to us, there is no reason for us to kill them.
An AI know his limits and this one is simple : HARVESTER ! This AI is more advanced and then is more dangerous. Since they are influenced by corsairs (alliance with OPG and harvester rules who ask full support to corsairs), we avoid them this way.
I HATE OUTCASTS (yeah everyone know it but that concern only me)

Any corsairs getting close will be asked to keep a safe distance or will be engaged (hunters are hostiles for them so we will answer)

2. Why gunship only .... no reason, we started like that we won't stop !
We could explain it like advantage on HARVESTER to let the T2B upgrade faster instead of waste his time to adapt his updates to all ships.

3. "engage on sight without warning" :
For outcasts and allies, that's detection of cardamine, purge of the target.
For others (cruisers and bigger), that's menace detection and answer.
We will certainly not keep silence in combat if we have time but if it's a surprising situation, this description will cover us:D. We aren't PvP whores that much (just a bit more than enough)

4. "The situations listed below will result to the destruction of all non-allied vessel around."
That mean we'll blow your ship out of sky if you try to open fire close to us.
