Since there is no RP in this faction or thread, i dont see the need of writing RP answers.

One point at the time.

Every one say we are posted at FP10 ... We say NO ! We were defeated in our last rush in alpha and the only survivor went back to FP10 as a safe point.
Then we didn't moved from freeport, why ? .... 1 OC BS, 1 RH cruiser, 2 LH gunboat, 1 OC bomber, all in close range. We were OUTGUNNED ! We won't let us get destroyed again and again.

I saw your group, all four gunships move from Hamburg to Tau 37 yesterday, you then attacked Alpha and lost. Five hours later the same happened. 30 minutes ago the same. Since Tau 37 has a hole to tau 23 wich has holes to 4 other systems, dont say it is only a transit point, or that we forced you to hide there.
Also i gave you enough time to leave back to Tau 23, instead you undocked from the freeport and stayed there for almost an hour.

1. I'm not my entire group, i have my reasons, but I'll answer it only in a PM, it's not about only me here.

You as a leader of that thing is bringing his personal feelings in game, and leading the rest of them to PVP whore outcasts. RP much?

2. Unlike all BHG pvp whores you might have seen, I try to justify in RP our attacks

The T2B units will engage on sight and without warning the vessels listed below.

Doesnt look like justified RP attacks to me.
You are bounty hunters, ID/IFF/ships, and you can not side or make corsairs neutral. No matter what one side is doing.

This is pure schoolbook example of metagaming PVP faction, and let us hope admins will see it, and stop it.
