There is a five million bounty on a twat, "Wetworks".

Yesterday afternoon, I caught him messing about in our guard system. I told him to get out, and he responded: "Yeah, when you own the system" Well, we do. He said he was delivering "Chinese Food" But he was heading toward Planet Peoria, and vanished off my scanners.

Any non-LPI caught in Illinois will be shot on sight without warning.
