Indeed it doesn't, though there are plenty of other servers on line who promote that style of play ...
This is a ROLEPLAY server, and anything promoting increase of PvP for the sake of it ... Ain't going to happen.
Connecticut is the one and only non-roleplay system there is, and I suspect it is going to stay that way.
Certainly no illogical jumpholes are going to be added, we got rid of the last one in Connecticut ages ago.
No chance of any ever going back.
