I don't know--I haven't been here nearly as long as alot of people, please tell me what you think. Civilian ships yes maybe. My biggest question/problem is ID.

Both Mercenary, Military (Paramilitary) and RM IDs would hinder your plans for "piracy". Terrorist ID is a bit too much, but it seems that a lot of the so called extraordinary RPs point towards this ID. You could also use the generic Pirate ID. I really don't know. The KDGA ID (if it gets implemented) would be a possibility, but to be honest with you I didn't really like the text of it. It's just strange for a church, even in a militaristic state.
