If I'm correct, EFL uses the "Aurochs" freighter or the "Vache" Gallic train, not the Sirian heavy transport... so if I'm correct, it is OORP.

And Gallia is not the wasteland you would believe... perhaps you've just been fortunate enough not to run into the Council capital ships (it seems they only fly those things) or the patrols the GRN organize almost every night.

If he meant a "Heavy Tanker" rather than "Heavy Transport" it is in RP since its sold up there and is used for shipping oil (grant, that it may change and the EFL might get another tanker thats for Gallia in .86). If he meant a "Heavy Lifter" then yes that is a Sirrian ship only.
