You can either have your 'voice' contact me by direct ship-to-ship communications, a private message in my DISC-COM system, or in real time using the 'SKYPE' tachyon relay network. We should consider Yanagi depot as the official location for any direct meeting, given it's centralised location.
I would also advise that you NOT attempt to harvest GC vessels within my vicinity. I cannot risk any diplomatic incedents within their presance. Simply put, the GC are more important to me then the Machine alliance at this point. Nevertheless, my diplomacy with the machine alliance will continue unless I am given VERY good reason otherwise.
