Thank you for your input - and on principle I'd agree.
But our diplomacy referes to the npc diplomacy at the very first place,
I don't want to have too many exceptions as Discovery with it's rules,
ID's and so on is already more then just complex.
Further the diplomacy stats reflect "our" point of view and how we deal
with said factions - we do not expect that (player factions) do have the
same diplomatic status with us.
We're indies, so I cannot nor will setup too many restrictions and exceptions,
but this may change in the future.
And as far as I define it, friendly does not automatically mean allied - does it?
It just says we've good relations with that faction - but this will not prevent them
from being pirated by individual Junkers and versus. It just won't be very usual
to happen.
