Rules amended (more about group PvP).

All freighters can attack anyone.
Players before level 25 are not allowed to attack freighters only.
Players after level 26 are not allowed to attack freighters and fighters below 25.
(Except NY)
If you are flying ANY new ship except CSV or you are flying a fighter and your level is above 26, anyone may attack you. So be ready.

I'm more confused after the amendment! Does this mean that player A, at level 25, can attack player B, a 24 level fighter. But when player A reaches level 26 he can no longer attack player B? If so I think the original pinned post makes more sense.
