We already have this problem. People fake role play every day. Regardless of how you think this is role play ... its going to lead to PVP-whoring and we've already got enough people trying to take short cuts. You're supposed to fix your ID and rep before purchasing that ubership you want so bad. But everybody's gotta get their ubership first and then they go for the ID. There are WAY too many Civilian ID's on that huge Tanker transport. People with level 80+ and still have the Civilian ID. Why? Because they failed to take the time to establish their role as a member of that faction.
