Need texturer/hardpointer

well guys, please help. I can make ship models, but the thing about using milkshape and cmp is real confusing. So can I give my model to someone and ask him to texture it and make the hardpoints?

I'm not good at texturing. Here's something that I modelled in 3DS MAX 8.
