Admin Notice : New ID in need of a name

In the next mod version there will be a new ID that will indicate that the character has the right to use a Tag/Ship/Weapon combination that is otherwise in violation of the rules. Currently, only Terrorists have this ability, and that prevents lawfuls and non-terrorists, or players who will not be given a Terrorist ID from using such a setup.

The ID will be granted by the Admin's only, and will be used in place of the character's normal ID. The character's Tag/IFF will indicate the character's faction affiliation. The rules governing the activities of the Faction whose Tag/IFF the character has will also be the rules the character must follow with regard to its roleplaying behavior. For example, a character with the special ID that has a BAF Tag/IFF must behave according to the roleplaying rules that anyone with a BAF ID would have to follow. The character with a special ID and BAF Tag is a BAF character with a setup that is otherwise against the server rules for a BAF character, such as a BAF Tag on a Kusari fighter as a result of a wartime storyline. A special ID with a BAF Tag on a Kusari fighter would be a member of BAF, while a special ID with a KNF Tag on a Bretonian fighter would be a member of KNF....just as an example of how this will be used.

Pilot carrying this ID is employed by the faction indicated by his/her Tag/IFF. _____ ID requires its owner to behave EXACTLY as described by the normal Faction ID associated with his/her Tag/IFF. The _____ ID owner is allowed to use a ship/weapon/Tag setup that the normal Faction ID would not allow, but does NOT grant the _____ ID owner the right to behave in any way other than the normal faction ID describes.
Allowed ships: Same as the normal Faction ID associated with the character's Tag/IFF.
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

This is being posted because the new ID needs a name. The name needs to be generic enough to fit both lawful and unlawful characters and not interfere with any particular storylines.
