Technically speaking, it is in roleplay for a trader to protect their credits. Actually, it would be roleplay for anyone to want to protect their credits (what do you think hiring escorts do?). Please do not generalize all traders as OORP, Powertrading, Capwhoring, bigots. Though I do agree that a new rule is not necessary.

In cases of theft, it is NEVER the victims fault (unless the "victim" is committing insurance fraud). Nobody "asks" to have their home invaded. Nobody "asks" to have their wallets taken. Nobody "asks" to be the victim of identity theft. Yes, people have the responsibility to ensure their valuables are safe, however they cannot be held accountable. Although the likelihood that the victim will receive justice is relatively slim, everyone is entitled to justice.
There is another thing that I want to bring up, however I feel that it may be out of place to discuss here, plus I do not want to use it just to prove a point.
