@Spider, I love it, I hope more of this "On the sides" stuff keeps sprouting from "rumors" of the reconstruction effort of the outcasts. :)

Continuation of RP:

Commander Dark arrived back at Planet Crete on his Yacht landing it just south of his families estate. "I need to speak with the Elders, immediately." Dark said to his right hand woman, Renee, "Ok, I'll send a request for a meeting immediately." She replied. Dark headed to his suite in the estate to get some rest and relaxation. Three hours after Dark had finally fallen asleep, granted it was still the middle of the day, his sleep was interupted. "Elder Jefferson is on the comms for you." Renee told him, "Ok I'll take it in here, thank you." Dark replied. "Sorry to wake you Commander," Elder Jefferson spoke, "I heard you are seeking the counsel of the Elders, may I ask why?" Dark replied, "Yes Elder, some information I stumbled upon on Freeport 9 when I overheard some bounty hunters, apparently the Outcasts have renewed interest in the Hispania," Dark tried to continue but Elder Jefferson cut him off. "What about this relic could the Elders possibly have an interest in? I feel you are wasting our time with this Commander." Dark hastilly retorted to avoid getting the comms channel cut off, "Sir! I believe they are trying to reconstruct the ancient sleeper ship." the Elder responded, "They are what? I'll arrange your meeting, but this better be good. Jefferson out." with that the communication ended. "Here we go!" Dark thought as he jumped into the shower to prepare for a flight to the northern hemisphere of the planet. An hour later his private comms device blared to life with the voice of a young woman, undoubtably an aid to Elder Jefferson, she informed Dark that his request for a meeting was granted and would be started in an hour. With this news he commed his workers in the garage to prep his Viper fighter for immediate flight. Ten minutes passed before he got to his garage turned into make shift hangar bay and boarded his fighter, in that ten minutes he managed to grab a drink and a small bite to eat. Dark came into communications range of the massive structure, a thousand meters in diameter and about fifteen hundred meters tall, the structure had several small landing areas for fighter craft all over it for those who had meetings, celebrations and even court hearings with the Elders. "Ship ID Received DO-962-8, welcome to the Hall of the Elders, proceed to landing bay 8 and prepare for armed escort to your meeting with the Elders." an automated voice said over the comms. Dark obliged thinking, "When am I going to be considered important enough to the Corsairs that they trust me enough not to keep armed escorts on me in the Hall of the Elders.." Shortly after landing the armed escorts arrived and escorted him to the meeting chamber which was only a short walk down the hall once the entered the building.

"Greetings Commander," Elder Jefferson spoke, "Please have a seat." The second elder in the room spoke afterwards, "We understand you believe the Outcasts are starting a project to resurect the Hispania, so to speak." He continued, "You do understand that this could mean alot to our people, correct?" Dark responded, "I do, but I also understand the tensions that could be caused if we force ourselves upon the project." Elder Jefferson asked, "Could you please tell brief us on the events that have happened so far?" The Commander eagerly replied telling the elders in the room about the events and actions taken by all parties. Shortly afterward the third Elder spoke, "That is proposterous, the bounty hunters tried to destroy the only true relic of our past!? Something has to be done about this, I am going to order major strikes on all the known bounty hunter bases of operation." With this the third elder stormed out of the room to accomplish the tasks he set before himself. The elders dismissed the commander to the company of his armed escorts in the hallway while they deliberated amongst themselves. Roughly thirty minutes later Dark was looking through the windows of the building and saw one of the massive Osiris battleships engage it's cruise engines and set a vector for Omicron Theta, at that time he knew that battleship was going to cause quite a ruckus for the Bounty Hunters Guild, a very well deserved ruckus. A few minutes later he was summoned back into the meeting chamber and seated. "Commander," the fourth Elder spoke, which Dark just noticed, was a High Elder, "we have decided you are to investigate this matter more, we want solid proof and your ideas on what we should do with this situation, and if possible information on the goals for the resurected sleeper ship. You are dismissed." the Elders rose and left the room, at this time Dark headed back to his fighter.. he had been given an objective by a High Elder, this was his chance to prove himself to be the Corsair he is. Commander Dark headed to his fighter to embark on his new mission.
