I've tried to ignore this and let it die down, and to some extent it has. I have some statements to add to those already listed.
Firstly, Ryoken, stop contradicting yourself. Lies to save face don't work if you say completely opposite things.
Secondly, although his Osiris ship did head towards the Alaska gate, it stopped 2k's away. We were approximately 5k's behind, he had more than enough time to dock. Whether it was because he wanted to use mines to his advantage and limit our movement or something else, I know not. It was there that after another warning, he decided to turn his guns on us.

Note that the three pilots who held him up when he failed to produce evidence that he was licensed were exactly the same who he lured into Z21 and destroyed.
