We wont any longer. We will not tolerate any group who actively assists the nomads in their attacks ont he rest of humanity. Your drug induced hallucinations will have a higher price than you anticipated, they'll be the end of your society. We've had enough.

Every outcast will be destroyed on sight, anyone who assists them will receive the same treatment. Those who work for aliens can no longer be considered human, and will not be protected by us.
