It has come to our attention that your corporation is experiencing a transition. In these uncertain times, there is the potential for both great gain, and great loss. I am certain that you are considering all possibilities to prevent such loss, in both hard credits and investor confidence. As an insurance against any loss you might suffer, and the harm it would do to Bretonia as a whole, we offer this proposal.

We ask that you allow Gateway Interstellar to become a subsidiary of Borderworld Exports. In exchange for this, we are willing to offer a generous sum of 100 billion SSC (Sirius Standard Credits), which will certainly be enough to compensate your investors for any losses they might suffer. In addition, we will allow the current board to continue to oversee all Gateway operations, under the authority of the Bowex Board of Directors.
