Now on the matter of use. It seems that most people in the poll feel that players of rank should have their own bomber (at least that is what I think you meant as I wasn't particularly explicit in the poll) over shared accounts. However, I am strongly inclined to restrict the number of bombers available at all times. The most I would want to see is two bombers at a time. To control this I think using two shared accounts would be sufficient. Access would be limited to some rank I haven't decided yet, patrolman or something higher. I just don't want to see my guys respond to a gunboat or cruiser with a swarm of bombers.

Any reason why I should let pilots of proper rank all have bombers?
