I would vote no to bombers if there was enough room in the other questions to follow suit. The SHF would be a nice addition to the RFP as it could be considered a storm unit, much like a squad car.

If we are to succesfully co-exist in Rheinland we need to distinguish ourselves through our operations, otherwise the roles of the police and the military will overlap and both factions will suffer from lack of identity. The RFP will become a sort of "junior RM" as it has happened in the past. When the RFP was more active, we ended up in the same groups, doing the same things, with RFP officers answering to the RM. That is not good.

If the RFP demonstrate itself more present, there's room for the RM to reduce the scope of its RP in order for the two factions to co-exist with their own individual RPs.

I consider that while the RM would be more concerned with the bigger threats, the RFP would function as civilian control. As civilian that would mean transit and transport (traders and smugglers) and two of the four unlawful factions that exist in Rheinland (the LWB and the Bundschuh). Those guys are much more of civilian types and should be dealt with by the police. The Unioners and Red Hessians are more aggressive and larger, not to mention their zone of influence is broader, including territories that aren't part of Rheinland (falling out of the immediate jurisdiction of the police and caracterizing border defense), these would be dealt by the military.

If the RFP demonstrates itself as more active, perhaps these groups could dedicate themselves to antagonize it. Right now, my RM character largely ignores the two, unless they are actively engaged in disregarding the law, while he's much more wary of the later two.
