So you'd like to know how I came by this vessel, do you? Fair enough.

As a child on Leeds, I grew up a tortured existence, pained by pollution, ruled by the corporates, my whole life controlled by their sheer wealth and influence. The only option in Leeds was to do what you could to get out. I climbed the corporate ladders, bouncing from business to business, seeing what was the most profitable, what was satisfying, what was expensive. I heard a rumor of a group called the Outcasts, residing in the infamous Omicrons. Their sense of brotherhood, diplomatic prowess, and intense business skills called my name from the stars. I left my heavily polluted home and hopped aboard a smuggling vessel, the 'New Hope'. I sat for what seemed like ages on that ship and eventually came to the majestic jewel known as Malta. I breathed the air, and it was like nothing I had ever felt before. The moment I stepped off that transport, I became a part of Malta, and more importantly, Malta became a part of me. I worked on Malta for years, getting a job as a smuggler for an influential Don. Every day I grew more and more patriotic to my new found life. The day came that I was called to the Don's office. He read from my record numerous accounts when I had avoided detection under seemingly impossible circumstances. He told me that, with an investment of the money I had made smuggling, he could get me in command of an Outcast Destroyer. My sense of nationalism exploded in my heart, and I agreed without a second thought.

As I was brought to the hanger where the vessel was being constructed, and I stood in a state of awe. It was the most inspiring moment of my entire life. I will soon christen her the 'Scorpio', and I vow that I will protect my Outcast brothers and sisters with every drop of blood in my veins.

The vessel will be finished shortly, so consider this my official submission for capital vessel registration.
