The ALG likes junkers because we clean up (do their jobs for them) for free. ALG gets paid the same amount no matter how long it takes them to clean up the debris, so having junkers 'help' gets them more money per hour than doing it all themselves.

The GMG doesnt like junkers though, because of all the contraband and pirate presence they bring into the area.

Turns out that the Viper MkI and MkII is a Zoner/GMG ship.
First time I bothered to read up on the ships.

The vipers are supposed to be IMG ships...
