Starting a Faction...

I posted one like this before but i have changed the details:

Information:

• I wish to start and run a small faction
  
• The faction will most likely remain small and/or unofficial until enough members join
  
• Based on the RP of a NPC faction
  
• I wish it to be more military (not Traders or companies)
  

Requirements:

• The NPC faction (Or its close allies) must have a good BattleShip for purchase at a later date
  
• Must have a range of fighters and bombers available for use
  
• Must have other capships that can be used, eg. Faction or allied gunboat
  
• Large range of weapons, (civillian can be used) available to then through the faction or its allies
  
• Prefered close to Liberty
  
• NOT House Military
  
• NOT Bounty Hunters ,They have for to many capital ships for my liking and are subject to "Cap-Whores" (Also to starwarsy)
  
• Prefered Unlawful
  

When you give a sugestion please list Ships that can be used, weapons etc. in this format.

Faction Name:

• capital that can be used later (Cruiser or BS)
  
• Fighters and bombers that can be used
  
• Weapons that can be used
  
• Where are they based
  

Ideas so Far:

Hackers:

• SpyGlass, Outcast Destroyer
  
• Use Outcast or Rouge range of fighters and bomebrs.
  
• Rouge, Outcast, Hacker, Civillian, Codes, Nomads (Stolen From Ageira/Kishiro/Military)
  
• In and around Liberty
  

Hogosha:

• Corsair Cruiser, Kusari Destroyer/Gunboats?
  
• Civillian, New Hogosha/Farmers ships?
  
• Hogosha? Farmers Alliance, Kusari, Civillians, Code Names, Nomads (Given from Military/Kishiro?)
  
• Kusari, its borders?
  

Junkers:

• Outcast Destroyer, Corsair Cruiser, Talarca
  
• Civillian, CSV
  
• Rouge, Outcast, Liberty, civillian, codes, nomads (Junked from destroyed military or research ships)
  
• All house systems (Limited in Kusari)
  

Unioners:

• Rhineland Pirate Cruiser
  
• Civillian
  
• Unioners, Civillian, Codes, Nomads (Stolen)
  
• Mostly Rhineland
  

*NOTE* I say nomads because in Role Play, the weapons have been designed by civillian companies (Possibly for Military) to fit on human ships (they should be used with caution however)

I will give a RP reason on how that faction would get these weapons
