Konichiwa,

I am reporting an incident that occurred at Naha 12-05-816 22:46. I was finishing up my patrol to Naha, which was relatively quiet. As I was docking, a Train that goes by the callsign Montezuma began to open fire. I quickly undocked and he was gone. I took the lane to the ALG facility in hopes of tracking him down, but he could not be found. Back at Naha, A-Hostile-Ship was nearly 5k away and approaching fast. I sent him a routine transmission:



I checked the archives, because I had remembered an incident with this vessel. I found a result: Post 45
Though his transponder reported Neutral status, his ID was Outcast.

I told the pilot he had 3 minutes to leave:

Unfortunately, he refused.

I engaged the enemy, staying behind him for most of the battle. Unexpectedly, Montezuma returned briefly and started to fire at me, but I avoided taking much damage by dodging his fire. He took a trade lane away from Naha, and A-Hostile-Ship and I continued to exchange fire. The battle raged on until he fled the scene towards the New Berlin Jump hole.
