Byzantium, the problem is that most people have multiple characters. I have my AW leader, Luciaden. Captain Deiran of the Sigtryggr. Captain Soren of the Chimeara. Xizer, Luciaden's bodyguard. The Ableben, Luciaden's flagship. Luciaden's personal fighter. Shadow of the Wraith squadron of the Bundchuh. Captain Aerien of the Private Yacht Vidius. Raf'el my Phantom. Gunboat Debiru, Raf'el's gunboat. and 2-3 others.
I can't be all these people as one character.
Also, why would it be impossible for the leader of a very large faction to be restricted to only 1 ship per member he has? Why can't an admiral command more than one ship? Thats an admiral's job. Commanding fleets, while the captain flies only his single ship. Why can't Luciaden have a personal fighter along with his flagship, and also have a captains under him? What unwritten law states that a person can only create one character? Perhaps people's ideas cannot be put into one character? I know the leader of AW couldn't also be a captain, as well as a Bundschuh squadron leader, and owner of a bank line, and owner of a yacht. As well as working for a terrorist faction like the Phantoms.
