The military grade weaponry was something we had thought to leave for a future time, but seeing your nation willingness to contribute to our relations, we can very well discuss it now.

We are willing to keep the agreement with, instead of civilian weapons, military grade weapons, with certain limitations:

- Only standard weapons will be sold. Our Highly-Deadly weapons are reserved for national use, and as such, can not be provided to your nation. Yet.
- We will need to build a training base on your territory. Our weapon systems differ radically from any standard weaponry your soldiers have used, and our training will ensure your soldiers will be able to repel any attack on them, should need arise. Such training facility would be guarded by our own recruits and some senior officer, so it can also serve as a external training and specialization school for our new soldiers. Such soldiers won't go further than patrol the perimeter of the base, and your trainees will be free to walk across the area.
- For now, not more than a 20% of your military forces can be equipped with our weapons. This range will be broadened, as your new recruits are trained acordingly. This is to avoid a surplus of very well equipped but poorly trained forces.
