Bs| to Order indies

Bs| is the only organized group within the Order. I don't want to see anyone making any rp "fleets" within the Order. As that would also say that there is an admiral at the head and there's not. I don't mind "multi purpose strike groups" or whatever, just not fleets.

Well it isnt quite a fleet, but you already approved me to have a few indy order fighter pilots dedicated to my Carrier in 4.85 as a fighter wing based out of that ship =P

Otherwise I agree, we've got four admirals, that's enough as-is - that's also why i'm not allowing anyone in the order roster to label themselves "admiral" or any rank over captain without black squadron approval.

Now, once 4.85 we will be restricting Osiris's and other capital ships with an iron fist. dictionary. I won't tolerate any more indies with no rp purpose taking our ships and giving the Order a bad name. I will make your Order "rp" miserable until you get a hold of yourself.

Fully support this, and you and I have already talked about it to some degree in PM's. There are many who dont agree with it, but tough luck - anyone with a cruiser, battlecruiser, or battleship that doesnt meet black squadron's approval either loses the ship willingly, or loses their ability to operate in order space.

To Bs| members! Just because you are part of Bs| does not give you absolute power. Please respect each other, no matter if or if you are not in Bs|. There are some indies whom I respect and have shown very good rp. Being in Bs| also means you have responsibilities. I expect you to know our rules and know when to do what. This also means showing indies that Bs| is in control but being nice about it hehe. If you see someone doing something wrong, please try and help them fix it. Now, you also have some power, that's true. Say there's a group of Order ships around, you're in charge, you lead cause it's your job. Don't make us look bad but have fun.

This, too, has been discussed. I wouldnt expect independents to take orders from guys who just got into Bs| last week, or are otherwise 'rookies', but any Bs| member of lieutenant rank or higher probably knows enough about how the order works to lead non bs members.

Currently there are only 2 independent order who, discussed in PM's, have been approved to lead Bs/Independent order in the absence of a Bs| admiral - and those two players are myself (Aki.Kimura) and Stewcool (Tenabras). Others may earn that right in the future by showing themselves capable.

Some of you have been great in your rp and I appreciate your involvement with Bs| and everything has been great.
If you have independant capital ship, ie. Osiris, please get an rp story set up as soon as possible and post it and work on it and make sure it's in depth. Once 4.85 comes out and I see indies, I want to see their rp too. But if I just see a paragraph about the ship I'll get mad at the effort. And like I said, we will get you to uuh decomission your Osiris as we have done in the past.

I think with the exception of a select few Bs| members and stewcool/tenabras, I've got more forum and in-game based RP than any other order pilot, and I have -a lot- more written up just waiting for 4.85 before it's posted. Granted, forum RP isnt everything, but at least it shows that you a) are active on the forums and b) know, to some extent, how the order operates and what it's allowed and not allowed to do.

Now, last part and most importantly!
I want to get the input from everyone who has an Order character. Bs| or not. Please let me know if you think a policy or Order space law or whatever should be changed, added, or removed. I want your ideas. I don't want to make Bs| an Order dictatorship. Tell me what you think and we'll work together to work it out. If you don't say anything then don't complain when you see something done you don't like. Please please please talk to Bs| and get involved.

I have two points of input:

1. Things would be much clearer if black squadron had a name change, but I doubt that will happen. Right now, despite being the official faction of the order, a lot of independents are misguided by the thought that "black squadron" is only one "squadron" within the order, and that it doesnt control the whole order. It might be clearer if the faction name was changed to "The Order" or something, but that could be too much of a hassle. Just try to make it more clear that you guys -are- the leadership for the rest of the affiliation.

2. There is one part of your faction writeup that I dont like - and that's the part that says new yorkberty are in your zoi/zone of operations. The order might be hostile to liberty police/navy/lsf - but we dont go walking into the heart of a house to fight the enemy there, that causes far too many civilian casualties, and makes us look exactly like what liberty wants us to look like - terrorists. I'm fine with fighting liberty navy/lsf, but it should be done in alaska, not in a heavily populated house system. The only exception to this should be pre-planned missions or events which revolve around either assassinating an 'infected' liberty official, rescuing someone from liberty space, or anything else along those lines. We've had a lot of order indies, and even some Bs Members, parading through alaska with handfuls of osiris battleships and fighters taking the wrecking ball to everything they see - that is severely OORP behavior for any member of the order. We stay in the shadows, we work undercover or stealthily whenever possible, and we only do precision work with well-planned missions - we dont take huge battlefleets to throw at the enemy in the hopes of overpowering them on their own territory.
