We wont directly assault them, yet - for the moment i'm only asking that outcast ships be destroyed if seen anywhere near order or nomad space.

Myself, leading a small group of black squadron fighters, engaged a keeper today who was assisted directly by outcast forces. We've see it happen time and time again, and it can no longer be ignored.

As far as I'm concerned, outcasts are no longer human. They have been genetically mutated by cardamine use, and now they work alongside nomads and phantoms on a daily basis. They are a threat to all humanity, just as any hostile alien is.

I have clarified the original transmission. As we are not actively invading - yet - it technically isnt a war. Any outcasts seen in order space, nomad space that we operate in, corsair space, or anywhere else where one of our ships is present will be engaged and destroyed.
