I find this poll very poorly designed. When you compare an entire faction to a single individual, of course the faction is going to come out on top. Not because the faction is more powerful or anything else, but the fact that the faction consists of many individuals.

Um ... ok.

This poll is not about Indies vs. Factions. Never said anything about indies taking over. This is whether the indies can enforce the faction rules on others outside the faction ... in other words ... a guy with a Liberty Navy ID can enforce Liberty law on a Liberty Rogue even though the guy with the Liberty Navy ID is not a member of [LN].

Are you saying indies cannot enforce the laws of the official faction? Like an indie Order in Bs| space?

This poll is about whether indies can enforce the laws of the official faction as if they were part of the faction itself. You have always advocated this point ... that your indie Order can enforce the laws of Omicron 100. And indie Liberty Navy, LSF and LPI have advocated similarly. I'm curious as to why you disagree with yourself here.
