Need some admin help!

Recently I decided to upgrade my smuggler ship from a Large train to an advanced train. When doing so I transferred everything (ID,Scanner,ect.) over to the new ship. I had 6 class 4 turrets on my previous ship so I figured I would just transfer them and mount them to my new ship. Well around that time the server was having a hard time crashing every so often. So I was having a hard time getting this done. Finally it came back up and stayed pretty good. Well I went into the equipment dealer to mount my turrets. I clicked the mount button on the first turret it mounted, I clicked the mount button on the second one it mounted, then I clicked the mount button on the third it looked like it mounted then it just disappeared, I figured the server was about to die again so I didn't worry to much. Well I tried mounting the fourth one it did the same thing. I then tried the fifth one, it mounted fine, same for the sixth. Well I was like finally, relieved that it was finally done, but then I noticed in my cargo it said I had only 4 turrets the other two had vanished. A little mad I figured ohh well I'll just go to another planet and buy the two (seeing the planet I was on didn't have the class 4's) turrets I needed. When I undocked I started to head toward Newberlin, well along the way a few Npc's disrupted my trade lane and I decided to fight them. Looking down to make sure all of my weapons were turned on after the ship trade I noticed that it said I had six Transport turret level 4's. I was thinking wait this can't be right so I checked my cargohold and it said I only had four. I was confused, I asked a pilot to scan me and tell me how many turrets it showed I had, he replied four. Well I continued my trip to Newberlin thinking buying the two more would fix the problem. Well it didn't it made it much worse, I bought the two turrets making the count 6. I undocked to see if everything looked right. I then looked down and saw that it said I had 8 Transport turret level 4's, I looked in my cargo it said I had six. I do not have a clue how this happen, can you admins please help me here ?
