<strike>Not an outcast myself</strike>, but I've always had really good interactions with the RoS in my time here. They'd be my reccomendation.

If you want to keep in the lower level ships, like the sabre and falcata, and focus on really pure militaristic command and homeland defence, 101st would be the best.

Outcast, LR, LH bribe on Mactan Base in Magellan would also do it. At least, I think they're all there, and starting rep has the Hackers neutral.

Don't try going to Cali in a Starflier. With the mines and asteroids, if your attention slips even for a moment you're likely dead. I know from experience.

Be tough. Make it to Malta.:P
