hi,

i want to get something into my signiture that is in the middle of this screenshot;

i want to get the "=CR=Sheppard has gone postal" out on it's own, how can i do this? And please don't say cut the rest of the picture out in paint cos i tried that and unfortunately it brought all the white with me.

If someone else could do it that would be even more helpful.
