Please use these archives to it's fullest. Make reports of your patrols and trade events here for later study and check up here regularly as a message may be written by a Guild Master.
And by all means, if you encounter anything unusual, hostile or beneficial to the guild record as much data as possible and report it here. This way the appropriate actions can begin as soon as possible.

This is a secure channel for our eyes however it is open to receive information that our friends and allies may wish us to see without other prying eyes finding it. We will respond accordingly in here with replies viewable by them.
