@Byz, lol @ your comment on my sig, yeah I suggested a few things that were some pretty drastic changes, and no they weren't taken very well, just like this. I know what it's like to be in your shoes, and now I know what it's like being in their shoes when a suggestion like this is made. The point they are trying to get across to you is they do not want any drastic changes. And you have to be seriously careful with your wording here which I learned the hard way, unfortunately; It even got bad enough that peoples opinions of me got pretty screwed up and I had to post my snippet in the sig lol. Anyways, I guess my two cents is try to avoid posting comments for drastic changes, instead talk to other players in game and plant seeds for the ideas in there heads where they are more open to listening to the ideas, once you feel you have enough support, then post it. :)
