I'm saying if we classed it as a civilian cruiser. Its rather large, and would have the size to handle such a large energy core. But its up to Igiss to class it how he wants. I still think it should have just under cruiser energy, with over train defense (new trains, not the old shields, same defense as current train shields). Also, those transport turrets can be used by fighters. The level 5 one, class 9 slot, only takes 260 energy, but gives I think 500 damage. So the liner will still be pretty powerful if Igiss wants it to be a transport class.

You do realise that those transport turrets are pretty much the same size as cruiser/BS turrets?

I've seen an armoured transport and a humpback using them, they looked utterly stupid.

The armoured transport can use fighter weapons, so why bother using transport turrets on it?

Then again that'd be using common sense, which several newbies seem to be lacking.
