Thanks. i kow the 'trendes" and faction views.

i'm looking at what's to be "hard coded" into the mod.

basically the Congress will continue covert action if things are essentially as they are now. if we are full on--refused access to Kusari, we will function as privateers there.

I didn't want to write either into our faction description without first knowing what game mechanics would push us to.
