Yep--faction politics here are incredibly labyrinthine and volatile. I know some of the Russian members had no way of "getting it" as its hard when you do speak english well.

It's too bad they don't let the coalition actually be Russian and Chinese speakers and make the language barrier part of their faction (as long as they can keep each other straight).
