Keep in mind that these games are a couple years old (Sands of Time was released in 2003), and for their time, they were amazing.
The gameplay was fun. The going back in time thing hadn't been done before and added so much to the game. The fighting was great (and only improved with the other two games) the storyline was fantastic and the soundtrack went well for the game.
Warrior Within is still my favourite of the 3. Especially with Godsmack in the soundtrack.

I still own all 3 of them for my PS2.
I'm really excited for the new Prince of Persia game that's coming out, though.
