I agree on Kishiro, they are not friendly. I'll move them to Neutral for now. Any friction between us and Kishiro would but somewhat under the tables so I don't think it's necessary to put them as unfriendly.

Sorry, there may be a couple mishaps in there, I was working off of two seperate diplomacy lists and trying to put them into one.

As far as foreign corporations go.. We normally will not pirate anyone in Kusari space. Although I suppose foreign corporations could be moved to unfriendly. We will actively pirate any of them we see outside Kusari space, but not usually in Kusari borders.

That probably does make a little more sense as Unfriendly rather than Neutral.
