I send this transmission corrosponding registering my destroyer. Even as I sit here I look at her every day coming closer to completion, my father Ronaldo Rodriguez raised me as an outcast from birth on planet Malta. Here my father owned a Cardmine company, when I left home I was given a chance in space when my father gave me my first craft. Since then I've been smuggling Cardimine.. My father would be proud. But now as my own business has prospered I'm contacting the Outcast High Command to register my destroyer I've commissioned to be built with the money earned from my own business, the money my father left for me in his will and a few kind donations from some of my fathers closest friends. I decided I must make my own effort to help secure and preserve the safety of planet Malta.

I plan for her to be stationed mostly in Omega Alpha protecting our precious homeworld, however whenever called apon by an outcast official I will be ready to move her from her comfort zone.
