Ok Here is my little creative disclaimer. This is my first attempt at writing a back story and I have a general idea where I want the story to go, but it is not set in stone yet. (Writing flaw #1 I never think more than two or so chapters ahead, the story kind of evolves as I go)

I gladly welcome constructive criticism in the form of PM.

If for some reason this story gains a fan base (Which I doubt, but hey you never know) be warned that I only update as time allows.

Thanks in advance

Zero

Todays results prove to be promising. This latest sequence of gene splicing has shown great potential. If the cellular membranes remain intact for the next 36 hours then we will have finally found our answer. I am trying to keep my doubts to myself, the others have such high hopes, who am I to tell them that even if the cells hold they will most likely not survive the fertilization process, much less likely that they will mature properly. But at least we know it can be done. Now we just have to work on the survivability aspect. But only time will tell, we will remain in the lab for the next 36 hours to monitor our new development.
