I'd like you take contact with the corsairs elders in order to get clearance within corsair space, at least for this job.
The outcasts are attacking pretty often Omicron Gamma by Omicron Theta and it makes the job more and more difficult.
The assurance would be much more cheaper if I'm sure you are free to go within corsair space.

This job is also a simple job of food transport from Freeport 9 to Freeport 11 using the following systems :
Omicron Theta
Omicron Gamma
Omicron Kappa
Omicron Delta
The 2 last systems are the most dangerous due to the presence of the nomads.
